2009 Conference

Authors are invited to submit papers describing new technical contributions in the areas broadly covered in the Call for Papers. Papers should be submitted as follows:

A PDF or Word file, not to exceed FOUR PAGES, in single-column format, including (black and white) illustrations.  All papers must be written in English. The title of the paper, names and affiliations of all authors, including complete mailing addresses, telephone, fax numbers and email addresses must appear on the first page of the paper, as well as a 35 word abstract. Email is absolutely necessary since it will be used for all communication with authors. Failure to provide the author's email address may result in non-selection of the paper.   All fonts and graphics should be embedded in the files.  In a separate cover letter or on the email submission page, prioritize three key words from the topic list that best represents your paper.

If the paper is accepted, the abstract be reproduced, as is, in the meeting's digest..  No full papers will be published, only the 4 page abstract.
