MEMORANDUM FOR: EPEP 2008 Exhibitors
FROM: Kelly Sutton, Administrative Chair
The 17th Topical Meeting on Electrical Performance
of Electronic Packaging will be held October 27-29, 2008, in
San Jose, California. The 2007 meeting attracted
a largenumber of professionals to what is now widely recognized as the
premier technical meeting on electrical considerations in packaging.
The 2008 meeting will include a product
display/exhibit program. The cost to participate is $950 which includes
a table, power outlet, and one meeting registration. The
exhibit hours are 9 AM - 7 PM, Monday, October 27th and 8 AM - 2 PM,
Tuesday, October 28th. The registration is valid for the entire meeting.
Additional exhibit personnel may register for $275. All exhibits must
fit on a table top 72" X 30". The following conditions must be
accepted:
Exhibitors must comply with all hotel and municipal
regulations.
Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
host hotel and the organizers of
EPEP 2008 for any damages to or loss of their display
materials. Please note that the exhibit area is not secured.
We would suggest removing any computers at night.
An exhibit registration form is displayed below. If

form and return it with payment by October 6, 2008.
